UNSOLVED - Tania Marsden, 18, used to have sleepovers and playdates with her friend before the two drifted apart in their mid-teens. On Sept. 9, 1998, her 18th birthday, she was seen alive for the last time at the Gordon Downtowner Motor Hotel in Winnipeg. Less than three weeks later, her body was found partially submerged in the Assiniboine River, weighed down by a cement block. In 2016, RCMP and Winnipeg Police said they executed a search warrant in connection with her death, they searched the 800 block of Selkirk Avenue.
