On January 16th at 7:10 p.m., Chadwick Lund (29), Ovide Herman Moar (30) and an unnamed female became involved in a verbal dispute at a residence in the 900 block of Alexander Avenue. One of the males left the residence but returned to retrieve his cell phone.
A fight ensued between all three parties, resulting in the stabbing of Lund. Lund was taken to hospital in critical condition with stab wounds to his upper body, but later succumbed to his injuries.
A warrant was issued for Moar and an arrest made on January 18th. Moar has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder.
