Charge - 2nd Degree Murder
On June 16th, shortly before 4:00am on 400 block of Pacific Avenue, the victim became involved in a verbal dispute with two suspects. The incident ended with McDonald (20) receiveing a fatal gun shot wound.
On June 18th, the Homicide Unit investigation led to the arrest of Thomas Ross Charles Halpin (19) of Winnipeg. Halpin has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
