C25-282397 On November 23, 2025, around 1:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of potential human remains discovered in a backlane in the 600 block of Selkirk Avenue. North District officers secured the scene and Forensic Identification officers assumed care of the remains. Following an autopsy, the partial remains were confirmed to be human. The Homicide Unit is investigating this as a suspicious death. |
